Pod Squad - the small group programme to get your podcast launch ready in just 4 weeks
Always dreamed of launching your own podcast but not sure how to turn your scattered ideas into a structured podcast strategy? You know just how powerful a podcast could be to make a real connection with your audience, customers and clients. You get that your marketing strategy needs the authentic voice only a podcast can provide and you’re desperate to cut through the noise of social media and other traditional marketing methods.
Oh boy, do we have an offer for you…
This November, join an exclusive squad, expertly led by our very own founder, Buckers, where, over the course of four weeks, you will develop the skills, tools and even the assets you need to record and launch your show in 2026.
With the support of your Pod Squad, you will put your podcast concept through its paces, develop a robust podcast strategy and create essential assets ready for launch. Most importantly, you’ll develop the confidence you need to hit record and bring your shiny new podcast into the world - no more self-doubt, no more excuses. With your dedicated Pod Squad cheerleaders and the team at Decibelle Creative, you’ll have all the encouragement you need to finally get that podcast off your vision board and into reality.
You’ve visualised it, now realise it.
4 Weeks. 1 Squad. YOUR Pod.
How does it work?
The Pod Squad is opening its doors to a small, intimate group of aspiring podcasters to join Buckers for an exclusive, close-knit group (with the addition of some friendly faces from Team DC), allowing for creative collaboration and accountability with your new community, all while getting the close attention and hands-on input from Buckers herself.
Every Tuesday morning in November at 9:30am, the Pod Squad will meet via video call for 1.5 hours, where you will be able to draw on the expertise of Buckers as she takes you through each step of making your podcast dreams a reality.
You won’t be going it alone. You’ll be sharing the journey with other aspiring hosts at the same stage in their podcasting journey as you, bouncing ideas around and keeping each other accountable. With five years' worth of podcast launching under our belts, we know how essential it is to have a team of supporters cheering you on who will get you moving, keep you motivated and inspire you at every step.
We’ve developed Pod Squad to help you transform those brilliant (but somewhat scattered) ideas you’ve been procrastinating on into a structured content strategy. Through our meticulously planned series of workshops, you'll grow from overwhelmed newbie to confident podcast creator, with everything you need in place to launch your show in 2026.
You can join the Pod Squad co-hort for a one-off payment of £1495 or split the cost into two payments.

Maybe you’ve got a story that is just too good not to tell.

The programme costs £1495 to be paid before commencement. This can be paid in one payment or split over two payments, each to be paid no later than 28th October 2025.
Just to give you an idea of what a great deal this is, this price would usually get a brand-new podcasting client:
Creative consultation,
Content planning
Launch strategy
Show set-up
As part of the Pod Squad co-hort, you’ll benefit from all of this plus the bonus of twice as much hands-on consultation time with Buckers and all the benefits you’ll get from being part of your own exclusive gang. All of this, fast-tracked over a four-week period, taking you from zero to “I’m ready to hit record”.
Cruise into Christmas with your podcast launch strategy ready and raring to go in 2026.
-
There are a few things you’ll need to get the most out of Pod Squad:
A great idea for a podcast
A good internet connection
A device to join the weekly calls on
Access to Google Chrome (this is to make sure your browser is compatible with the platform we’ll be using)
A commitment to four sessions of an hour and a half each Tuesday in November
Some time to spend on simple ‘homework’ activities between sessions (we promise we won’t ask you to write any essays or do any algebra!)
-
The Pod Squad will meet every Tuesday morning at 9.30am in November for a 1.5 hour-long video call, kicking off on 4th November. From Tuesday 4th, you will also have access to the Pod Squad community - yes, another group chat (but one you won’t want to mute!), and can engage with it throughout November.
-
If you need to miss a session or join later than the scheduled time, you will still have access to all of the materials including a replay of the recorded session so you can catch up on what you missed. We can’t, however, reschedule sessions or refund for sessions missed.
-
Yes and no... you will have all the assets you need in order to launch a podcast, but we don't begin episode recording during Pod Squad.
The 4-week programme is dedicated purely to fleshing out a very detailed and bespoke podcast concept and launch plan, getting your podcast ‘ducks in a row’, so to speak, meaning you're in THE best position to take the next steps on your podcasting journey.
Once you've completed Pod Squad we can talk you through your next steps, whether you're planning on DIY'ing it from there or you'd like to stick with us for episode recording and production.

Founded in 2020, Decibelle Creative is the brainchild of Buckers (Annabelle Buckland). With a background in commercial radio, Buckers took her expertise and established Decibelle Creative to support prospective and existing podcasters with full-service production from conception to launch.
Not only does Buckers oversee the creative development, strategy, production, launch and beyond of every original podcast, she’s also an award-winning host herself. The accolades don’t stop there, though, having launched 31 pods with several of our original podcasts being nominated and awarded.
